Urban Economics STEM Program

Empowering tomorrow’s leaders with hands-on skills and practical knowledge in all seven areas of Home Economics.

We don’t just teach, we build habits, teamwork, and confidence. Our workshops focus on learning by doing, where families work side-by-side to solve real household challenges.

Providing freshly prepared, nutritious meals to youth, young adults, and seniors Monday – Thursday. A community collaboration with Saint Paul Parks & Recreation, the City of Saint Paul, the Senior Living Association, Family Values For Life, and Rondo Inc.
